“Hanachos”, a joint program between JEM and Vaad Talmidei Hatmimim, and one of the initiatives of Project 25, has launched with great success.
Hanachos is a six-week program designed to teach students, age 14 – 16, to watch and understand long farbrengens of the Rebbe. There are viewings of a farbrengen twice a week whose length increases incrementally each week until the final week, which features a full hour long video.
The students write and are graded on their hanachos, in-depth summaries on the talks, and the best ones are featured in the weekly hanachos magazine. Additionally, the top three writers will win a ticket to the Rebbe’s father’s resting place in Kazakhstan for his yahrtzeit.
